For over three decades, Murray State Rowing has persevered through changing administrations, shifting campus priorities, and limited resources. As we begin our 31st season, we are launching the largest fundraising campaign in program history.

Our goal is to raise $56,000:

• $25,000 to establish the Racer Rowing Society Endowment , securing the future of the program for generations to come.

• $31,000 in honor of our 31st season, helping fund critical equipment and program needs today.

The need is simple: our equipment is aging, and our resources are stretched thin. Much of our fleet, oars, ergs, the trailer, and support equipment, is more than 20 years old.

At the same time, we've remained committed to keeping rowing accessible to all students. Dues have increased only modestly, from $260 in 2017 to $300 in 2026, despite rising costs across the board.

The endowment will provide long-term stability, while this year's campaign will help address immediate needs. Together, they will ensure that Murray State Rowing continues to develop leaders, represent the University with pride, and thrive for decades to come.
